The following is issued to modify, and/or clarify the proposal and contract documents. These items shall have the same

force and effect as the original bid and contract documents, and bids to be submitted on the specified date shall conform

with the additions, deletions and revisions as listed herein.

ITEM # 1 QUESTIONS/ANSWERS

Q1: There are no callouts on the plans for Geosynthic Reinforced Soil Slopes. Can you please provide the

locations of this item and information on how this item is to be measured and paid.

A1: Geosynthetic reinforced soil slopes is for the Geogrid in the slopes with gabion baskets. Payment shall be based on

the plan quantity.

ITEM # 2 UPDATE/CLARIFICATION: A follow-up for Question 4 from Addendum 4 (262116d) was required.

Please see attached Geotechnical report (17 pages).

This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260211.

Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
