| Synopsis |
DC Water is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Independent Risk Management Consulting Services in support of the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial and Procurement Officer’s “Risk Management” Department, including its Construction Insurance Programs, known as the Rolling Owner Controlled Insurance Program (ROCIP) and Owner Controlled Insurance Programs.
The Consultant shall provide independent, objective advisory services related to enterprise risk management, insurance program design and evaluation, construction risk management, claims analysis, actuarial consulting, and insurance procurement support. Apart from employee health insurance, services shall extend to all operational risk management programs administered by DC Water. The Consultant shall not be affiliated, associated, or compensated by any firm or individual engaged in the sale, placement, or brokering of insurance, nor receive insurance carrier commissions or contingent compensation. |
