The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Administrative Services Division (ASD), Procurement Department, is seeking responses from qualified suppliers to provide Independent Program Review Services. The selected supplier will perform an independent review and provide professional services in accordance with the requirements, specifications, and scope of work outlined in this solicitation.
DEQ intends to award a contract to the supplier whose response is determined to provide the best value to the State and meets all applicable solicitation requirements. Suppliers are responsible for reviewing the complete solicitation package, including all requirements, terms, conditions, attachments, and any amendments issued by DEQ.
