Project Description: The Buffalo Public Schools (BPS) invites proposals from qualified individuals or firms to serve as
an Independent Monitor to oversee the implementation of student discipline reforms required under the Assurance of Discontinuance (AOD) with the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
The Independent Monitor will ensure that BPS implements required reforms with fidelity, transparency, and accountability.
