Project Description: The City of Dallas (sometimes hereafter referred to as the “City”) is seeking submittals from a company with credentialed physicians (sometimes hereinafter called “Firm” or, plural, “Firms”) to this Request for Qualifications (the “RFQ”) for the purpose of providing Independent Medical Examination, Peer Review and Bill Review Services for a wide range of insurance lines, including bodily injury, automobile, workers’ compensation, disability and federal insurance programs by reviewing documents and advising the City in matters pertaining to the evaluation of medical and health-related claims for accuracy and legitimacy.
