Summary

The Independence Dumpster Enclosure Project consists of the construction of a new reinforced masonry dumpster enclosure to serve County facilities in Independence. The work includes construction of a concrete slab and foundation system, CMU perimeter walls, installation of steel access gates, protective bollards, and associated site work in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.

The project is intended to provide a secure, durable, and low-maintenance waste containment area that enhances site safety, improves functionality, and meets County standards for long-term serviceability.
