|Title:||Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Non-Revenue Tire Services|
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sacramento Regional Transit District (SacRT) is soliciting bids for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract to award to multiple awardees to pick-up vehicles and/or loose repairable and non-repairable tires and provide services as needed. Services include, but are not limited to: installation of new tires, wheel alignments, tire rotation, flat repairs, disposal of loose non-repairable tires and/or repair of repairable tires. Work must be performed at Vendor’s location. The Contract term will be for 5 years from the Notice to Proceed date (“Effective Date”) of the Contract. A minimum order quantity of $15,000.00 must be met with a maximum order quantity of $76,000.00.

This is a preventive maintenance Contract financed in part with Federal funds. Contractor will be required to comply with all Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations. This Contract is subject to the Buy America provisions set forth in 49 U.S.C. section 5323 and 49 C.F.R. Part 661 and Contractor must comply with its terms.
It is the policy of the U.S. Department of Transportation that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), as defined in 49 C.F.R. Part 26, are encouraged to participate in the performance of contracts financed in whole or in part with Federal funds. As a condition of Federal grant assistance, SacRT has adopted a DBE program for SacRT's Federally-Funded contracts. No DBE goal has been established for this Project. Prospective Bidders are encouraged to call SacRT’s Manager, Contracts and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise at (916) 556-0151 for assistance in DBE participation.
SacRT hereby notifies all Bidders it will affirmatively ensure that, in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this solicitation, all contractors will be afforded full opportunity to submit a bid in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against based on race, color, creed, sex, disability, age, or national origin in consideration for an award.
Sealed bids for the IDIQ Contract for Non-Revenue Tire Services must be received by Renel Coombs, Procurement Analyst II, Sacramento Regional Transit District (SacRT), either by mail at PO Box 2110, Sacramento, California 95812-2110, or by delivery in person at 2816 N Street, Sacramento, California 95816, no later than 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 20, 2018, Pacific Local Time at which time bids will be publicly opened and read in the Procurement Services Conference room located at 2816A N.
