Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Water and Sewer Maintenance Work

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from properly qualified, licensed, insured, and experienced Contractors to enter into an IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity) Contract with the City of Bentonville, for a one (1) year term, renewable annually upon mutual written agreement via Amendment for a total maximum term not to exceed three (3) years, for work generally consisting of providing the following services, including but not limited to: new service line installations, fire hydrant maintenance and repairs, manhole construction, and other repairs and installation associated with Bentonville Water Utilities sewer collection and water distribution systems, in response to City of Bentonville Requests (Work Assignments). The Not to Exceed Contract Amount set for this Contract is $500,000.00 (five hundred thousand dollars) per contract term, for the City of Bentonville Various Department.

There will be an OPTIONAL Pre-Bid Meeting held on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 10:00 AM CST, located at Bentonville Municipal Complex, Water Utilities Conference Room A133, 3200 SW Municipal Drive Bentonville, AR 72712. Attendance to the Pre-Bid Meeting is optional, but highly encouraged. City Staff will meet Bidders in attendance and begin the pre-bid meeting at 10:00 AM sharp.
