The Navy is pleased to issue the final solicitation for the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) for Outsourcing Work from Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Availabilities on Fast Attack Submarines.
