Description
Incumbent Worker Training grants are intended to assist employers/organizations with expansion, new technology, retooling, new services/product lines, restructuring, or to be used as a part of a layoff aversion strategy. IWT requires employers to retain the trained workers and provide the opportunity to build and maintain a skilled workforce.
