Place of Performance:
The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract to Sartorius Corporation, Bohemia, NY 11716. This requirement is for authorized approved vendors to perform services for brand name equipment. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses
This requirement is for an annual service agreement for the Sartorius Corporation Incucyte SX5 live-cell analysis system.
Specifics include:
1. 12-Month Extended Service Plan for Instrument referenced above to be appended to the existing
warranty/service agreement
2. Priority Service via dedicated communication channels
3. Parts, labor, and travel expense for break fix events included
4. Includes all base software upgrades, if applicable.
5. One annual preventative maintenance visit
6. One onsite LP-HPV sterilization of the Incucyte and the incubator which houses the Incucyte is included
(Incubator must be compatible with the sterilization system of Sartorius) The NAICS code for this action is 423490. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in Systems for Award Management. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: https://www.sam.gov/. In order to register with the SAM and to be eligible to receive an award from this Acquisition Office, all offers must have a Unique Entity Identification Number (UEI). A Sam.gov number may be acquired free of charge by contacting Sam.gov online at www.sam.gov or by phone at (866) 606-8220
