FDOT District Five is requesting proposals for Incident Relocation and Clearance Services (IRCS) within the district's nine counties. These counties are Brevard, Flagler, Lake, Marion, Orange, Osceola, Sumter, Seminole, and Volusia. The Department's intent is to award up to 3 contracts per county.

The Department will hold a Pre-Proposal Conference on January 21, 2025, at 11:00am, at the Regional Transportation Management Center at 4975 Wilson Road, Sanford, Florida 32771. Attendance at this meeting highly recommended for anyone interested in bidding, but not mandatory.

Proposals are due no later than February 18, 2025, at 10:00am.
