Bid questions will be accepted on the OpenGov e-bidding site , until 3:00 pm on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 . Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site . It is the bidder’s responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all addendums.
