Inc. Village of Valley Stream Demolition of Mini Golf Course, Paving & Installation of four (4) Pickleball Courts at Arthur J. Hendrickson Park

This is a Request for Proposals ("RFP"). The Inc. Village of Valley Stream is seeking qualified contractors to provide demolition, paving and installation of four (4) pickleball courts in the A.J. Hendrickson Park recreation area located at 123 West Merrick Road.. There is a mandatory pre-proposal site visit. Copies of the RFP are available for pick up at Village Hall, 123 So. Central Avenue, Valley Stream, NY 11580 or by e-mail at vsclrk2@vsvny.org . For questions , call the Clerk's Dept. at 516-592-5105. Submissions must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond , certified check or bank check. Submissions will be accepted until 11:00 am on Sept. 10, 2025 at Village Hall, 123 So. Central Avenue, Valley Stream, NY 11580. Submissions will be reviewed by the Dept. of Engineering and the successful proposer notified. New York State Prevailing Wages will apply. The successful proposer within 15 days of the award of the contract must supply all bonds and insurance requirements.
