Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to procure inbound Financial Aid Call Center Services that provide responsive, accurate, secure, and compliant support for student financial aid inquiries across a multi-campus college environment.
The College is seeking proposals from qualified vendors with a demonstrated track record in higher education environments. Proposed services must align with the scope of work and operational requirements included in this RFP, support District-approved systems and workflows, and provide cost-effective, measurable service delivery that enhances student support and institutional responsiveness.
