Summary:	This contract is for the rehabilitation using CIPP in pipelines where the condition merits rehabilitation. This contract will focus on existing pipelines that have been previously identified as candidates for CIPP and in a deteriorated condition requiring rehabilitation to maintain the integrity of the pipeline.
