Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia PA (NSWCPD) proposes to award an indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to provide services to support in-service submarine propellers and propulsors. Services include supporting repairs to submarine propellers and propulsors damaged in-service or in storage. The contract shall have an ordering period of sixty (60) months.
