Improvements to the Onset Pier Buildings

LEGAL NOTICE
TOWN OF WAREHAM
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Town of Wareham, the Awarding Authority as represented by the Wareham Town
Administrator's Office, invites sealed bids for the Improvements to the Onset Pier Buildings
located at 186 Onset Ave, Onset, MA 02558.
All bid documents, including bid forms, will be available on the Town's website,
https://www.wareham.gov/bids.aspx, on March 18, 2026, at 8:00am.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Onset Pier, 186 Onset Ave, Onset, MA
02558 on March 25, 2026, at 10:00AM. Contractors are invited to meet the Owner's
Representative at the conference.
Questions regarding the project will be taken via email by the Town's Representative, Genny
Selfridge, selfridge.genny@wseinc.com, with Weston & Sampson Engineers, Inc, no later than
Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 4:00pm.
Proposals must be received at the Office of the Town Administrator, Wareham Town Hall, Third
Floor, 54 Marion Road, Wareham, MA 02571, by 2:30 PM on April 16, 2026. Proposals must be
sealed and clearly marked "Improvements to the Onset Pier Buildings" with the proposer's
name.
