ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Separate sealed bids IMPROVEMENTS TO STONE WALL AROUND THE IZARD COUNTY COURTHOUSE SQUARE, Melbourne, Arkansas, will be received by the Izard County Judge at the Izard County Courthouse, Judge’s Office, 80 East Main Street, Melbourne, Arkansas 72556, until 11:00 o’clock A.M., on October 29, 2025 and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The Instructions for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, Form of Bid Bond, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations:
Miller Newell Engineers, 510 Third Street, Newport, AR
Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of Miller Newell Engineers, 510 Third Street, Newport, AR 72112, upon the payment of $25.00 for each set. There shall be no refund of deposit.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
In accordance with Act 150 of 1965, as amended, all bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Contractors.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
