5776 Improvements to City Hall Communications Office

The City of New Rochelle is seeking bids from qualified vendors to renovate the Communication’s Office here at New Rochelle City Hall located at 515 North Avenue, New Rochelle, New York.

The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Demolition and disposal of existing partition walls, carpet, baseboard, wood door, and metal frame.
• Install new 4” high base board
• Install new carpet (Mohawk Group 978 Mineralite or equal)
• Relocate two electrical switches and Installing three new receptacles with tracks.
• Relocate Existing TV
• The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, methods, and any additional items necessary to complete the work as required by the Owner for this construction contract.
• Electrical work must be completed by a NY Licensed Electrician to ensure compliance with code.

A Pre-Bid Site Visit Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.  The meeting will begin at the Security Desk of New Rochelle City Hall located at 515 North Avenue, New Rochelle, NY 10801. The Security Desk is located off the parking lot which is located on Beaufort Place.

The Pre-Bid Site Visit Meeting is not mandatory; however, potential bidders are strongly encouraged attend.
