Improvements to Burnap Parking Lot

SCOPE OF WORK:   This project entails the maintenance of traffic; the maintenance of erosion sediment control; clearing & grubbing; excavation and backfill; hauling and stockpiling of material; saw cutting of existing bituminous concrete; placement of HMA bituminous concrete; placement of concrete curb, curb & gutter and sidewalk; the installation of stormwater management facility; the installation of storm drain structures and storm drain pipes; the installation of landscaping; the installation of topsoil, seed and mulch; and all labor, material, time, and appurtenances required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by FSA and the City of Hagerstown, MD.
