Project Description: Fairfax County is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to establish five (5) year term contracts for facilities improvement, renovation, repair, and maintenance ad hoc projects for use by Fairfax County Government and Schools departments and agencies.
The County intends to make multiple awards to contractors to provide services in accordance with the Special Provisions, Method of Ordering.
