Impregnation of Cast Parts

Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Priced Requirements type Service contract to Impregnate CLET Heat Exchanger Parts. A Performance Work Statement and/or drawing(s) will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will include one base year and four (4) options years. The procurement will be 100% small business set aside. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 332813 - Electroplating, Plating, Polishing, Anodizing, and Coloring, the size standard is 500 employees and the service code is J010. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. This requirement will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. Solicitation number W911N225QA018 will be released on or about 22 August 2025, with a closing date on or about 22 September 2025. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by this agency.
