Implementation for the New York State Energy Affordability Guarantee Pilot

The New York State Department of Public Service seeks to contract with a firm or a team of firms to provide program implementation support services for a period of three years for the Energy Affordability Guarantee Pilot, an innovative program that seeks to mitigate energy burden impacts for low-income households that fully electrify their space and domestic water heating using heat pumps incentivized through a state subsidy program. The Pilot will be implemented in concert with the major New York State electric utilities and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority.

The Department will host a webinar to provide an overview of the RFP and answer questions that potential bidders may have. The webinar will be held on December 3rd, 2024, from 1:30pm-3:00pm.
