IMPLEMENTATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF AN EAGLE COUNTY AGING WELL ROADMAP

Eagle County Public Health and Environment (“ECPHE”) is soliciting proposals for a qualified contractor to provide professional services for the implementation and development of a comprehensive Aging Well Roadmap (the “Roadmap” or “Aging Well Roadmap”). The Roadmap will serve as a strategic plan to enhance services, programs, and policies that support older adults in Eagle County. The completed Roadmap will cover the four-year period 2026-2029. The successful proposer will collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate community engagement, and produce a detailed, actionable Roadmap that aligns with the County's goals and resources. This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) will be non- exclusive. Eagle County reserves the right to purchase supplies or services from other professionals.

Proposals must be submitted by email to carly.rietmann@eaglecounty.us or by FedEx, UPS, DHL, or hand delivered to 551 Broadway, Eagle, CO on or before 5 p.m., MDT, February 10, 2025. Any proposal received after this time will not be considered and will be returned to the respondent unopened unless good cause is shown as determined by Eagle County in its sole discretion.
