Project Description: is the intent of the City of Brownsville, Texas to solicit sealed competitive bids for the City of Brownsville Impala Pump Station Upstream Ditch Improvements TWDB Project No. 40063 funded with Texas Water Development Board funds. In addition to funding from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB), this project will also receive financial support from the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) allocated under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The City of Brownsville is issuing a Solicitation for Sealed Bids to solicit responses for a construction contract
