Project Description: Magna City (“City”) located in Salt Lake County, Utah, is seeking proposals from qualified
individuals or firms (Respondent) to develop a complete Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP), and
depending on the results of the IFFP, a possible Impact Fee Study (Study).
