Impact Evaluation of Electric Vehicle Measures

Efficiency Maine Trust seeks a qualified bidder or team of bidders to plan and perform an independent impact evaluation of the electric vehicle (EV) measures offered through the Trust’s initiative. The primary purpose of the evaluation is to quantify the energy savings and related impacts of the measures.

The Trust welcomes bids from Small Businesses, Minority Businesses, Women’s Business Enterprises, Veteran-Owned Businesses, and/or Labor Surplus Area Firms.
