Impact is the only tool of its kind that provides the features within the Instructure Canvas Learning Management System (LMS). Features include 1) customized in-app messaging that targets unique user roles and is triggered by specific UI actions or elements; 2) customized usage monitoring and reporting of user interface elements and third-party plugins, and 3) A built-in knowledge base and support center for end users.
