BID CALL:

The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following:

Illinois State University Art Gallery Flooring and Reception Improvements

Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Illinois State University Art Gallery Flooring and Reception Improvements" with the time and date of the opening, which will be May 8, 2025, at 10 a.m. prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall. Any questions regarding this bid will be addressed at a mandatorypre-bid conference to be held on April 24, 2025 from 9-10 a.m. at the project site. Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the bid opening.

State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job. Bid Forms and Specifications may be obtained from the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle Avenue, Normal, Illinois  61761 or downloaded from the Town’s website, www.normalil.gov on April 17, 2025.  The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures.  The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
