Minors Branch Market - Forkland, Boyle County, Kentucky

The Boyle County Fiscal Court is soliciting sealed bids for the cleanup and removal of illegally dumped solid waste at Minors Branch Market in Forkland, Kentucky. This project is funded through an Illegal Open Dump Grant from the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet and must comply with all applicable state and federal requirements.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 10:00am at the project site located at 164 Minors Branch Road, Forkland, Kentucky. Attendance is required to bid.

Sealed bids will be accepted at the Boyle County Judge Executive's office located at 321 W. Main Street, Danville, KY 40422 until Tuesday, June 2, 2026, 9:00am and will be publicly opened on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, 9:15am in the Boyle County Fiscal Courtroom located at 321 W. Main Street, Danville, KY.

Boyle County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
