Buffalo Trace Area Development District, being responsible for the administration of the Title III Program through the Older Americans Act, Nutrition Services, and the state Homecare Program funded by the Department for Aging and Independent Living Services will be releasing Request for Proposal packages beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 2, 2025 .

Proposals will be received for the following: Title III B Supportive Services, Title III B Legal Services, Title III D Disease Prevention/Health Promotion Services; Nutrition Services including Congregate and Home Delivered Meals; and Homecare services including Personal Care, Home Management, Escort, Chore, and Respite.

Interested parties shall email RFP@btadd.com to express a desire to receive the RFP and application for services. The email should include what RFP the agency is interested in receiving. Proposal packets and applications will be emailed to parties expressing an interest on January 2, 2025, beginning at 10:00 am.
