IHHC - ScriptPro Annual Maintenance

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Inscription House Health Center (IHHC) in Tonalea, Arizona, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to ScriptPro USA, Inc., UEI: RTB3DEMJ91U4, for support and service of the ScriptPro 200 Collating Control Center (CCC) Robotic Prescription Dispensing System as required by the Pharmacy Department. The award will be for a Base plus (3) three option years.

Base: 07/01/2025 – 06/30/2026

First Option Year: 07/01/2026 – 06/30/2027

Second Option Year: 07/01/2027 – 06/30/2028

Third Option Year: 07/01/2028 – 06/30/2029

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), ScriptPro USA, Inc. is uniquely qualified to provide the requires services for service repair of the 200 CCC Robotic Prescription Dispensing Systerm, to ensure there is no interruption in services that could have a negative impact on direct patient care.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than ScriptPro USA, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Ms. Daisha G. Richards, Purchasing Agent, at Daisha.Richards@ihs.gov by 1:00pm EST on Tuesday, June 10, 2025.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
