IHHC Ortho Clinical Diagnostic - Analyzer, Reagents, Controls, Calibrators, Technical Services and Training for VItros XT 3400 System

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Service Unit (KSU) in Kayenta, Arizona, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Ortho Clinical Diagnostics instrument aids as required by the Laboratory Department for analyzer, reagents, controls, calibrators, technical services, and training as needed in Inscription House Health Center, Tonalea, AZ.

The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Ortho Clinical Diagnostics in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an exclusive licensing agreement.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Ortho Clinical Diagnostics may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Daisha G. Richards, at Daisha.Richards@ihs.gov by 1:00pm EST on Monday, March 31, 2025.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
