IGSA Electrical Job Order Contract

This is a job order contract, which shall be used to provide the City with a readily available work force for electrical construction and repairs including, but not limited to low, medium and high voltage work, switchgear and power distribution systems, solar or power generation systems including emergency generators, utility work, lineman work, communication systems, alarm systems, security systems, building wiring, area and street lighting, motors, battery backup systems, system condition assessment, inspection, and reporting, and providing construction estimates. This may include emergency work. The work shall be located throughout IGSA locations, consisting of the Presidio of Monterey (POM), Ord Military Community (OMC) and DHRA Enterprise Operation Center (DEOC).
