QUESTION 01: Will the Pre-Bid sign-in sheet be sent out?
ANSWER 01: Yes, please find the sign-in sheet is attached.
QUESTION 02: What is the due date for questions to be included in the addenda?
ANSWER 02: The last day for questions will be Tuesday April 14, 2026 at 12:00pm.
QUESTION 03: When and where will the last addendum be sent out?
ANSWER 03: The last addendum will be issued Wednesday April 15, 2026. It will be available
to view on the City of Evansville Parks and Recreation Purchasing website.
QUESTION 04: When will bids be due?
ANSWER 04: Bids submitted prior to 11:45 a.m. CST on April 22, 2026, bids must be delivered
to: Purchasing Department Civic Center Administration Building, Room 323 1 NW Martin Luther
King, Jr. Blvd. Evansville, IN 47708.

Bids submitted after 11:45 a.m. CST, but no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) CDT on April 22, 2026,
and must be delivered to: City Council Chambers Civic Center Administration Building, Room
301 1 NW Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. Evansville, IN 47708
QUESTION 05: Can an as-equal proposal be submitted for the Aquatix equipment?
ANSWER 05: No, the Parks Department owns the equipment for this project already. The base
bid of this project is to include installation. All bidders are to contract with PlayPros who is the
required installer to meet all warranty requirements.
QUESTION 06: Will a flash drive need to be submitted with the bid packet?
ANSWER 06: Bidders that do not include a flash/thumb drive containing bid documents in their
sealed bid package must send these documents to the Purchasing Department via email in a
Windows-compatible within 24 hours AFTER the public bid opening. Please send these items
to DaChenae Streeter at dstreeter@evansville.in.gov with "INGLEHEART SPLASHPAD
ELECTRONIC BID DOCS" in the Subject line"
QUESTION 07: Section 01 10 00 Summary Section 1.03 Work by Owner states "Owner has
awarded a contract for supplu and installation of Park Splash Pad restroom for which
commencement will be coordinated after contract is awarded." Is this correct?
ANSWER 07: Please see the revised section attached.
QUESTION 08: Will temporary facilities need to be included in the phasing of this project?
ANSWER 08: Succesful bidder will responsible for providing temporary facilities as outlined in
the project manual and typical to Parks Projects. No special temporary facilities will be required
beyond those outlined.
QUESTION 09: What are the warranties on the project?
ANSWER 09: Overall project warranty to be one year, material and assembly warranties
separate from overall project are to be per project documents.
