The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) is seeking a Contractor to provide Property Demolition services in Juneau Alaska.
A complete description of services is contained in the IFQ Package.
Objective:
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the full demolition on-site, and site restoration of the property located at 8758 Haloff Way, Juneau, AK 99801
Proposals must conform to the IFQ and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than July 24, 2025, 4:00 PM prevailing time. Please be advised that none of the courier services (Fed-EX, UPS, etc.) provide overnight service to or from Juneau. Please allow at least 2 to 3 business days for receipt of expedited packages. Proposals may be submitted by email to: srdotpfcontracts@alaska.gov .
