Quotes for the Iliamna Pile Bay Road Maintenance, Project Number IFQ25263-04,will be received until 2:00 p.m., October 3, 2025 at the office of the Contracts Officer, at 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, Alaska or by email to: SRDOTPFCONTRACTS@Alaska.gov

Establish a contract for hourly rental of various equipment with operators, to be used on an as-needed basis for snow removal, general grading, drainage, and other routine maintenance for the Pile Bay Road, near Iliamna, located in the Kodiak Aleutian District, for the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, Southcoast Region Maintenance & Operations (DOT/PF) The State may opt to offer renewal of this contract for Three ( 3 ) additional one (1) year periods.  It is the policy of the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) that no person shall be excluded from participation in, or be denied benefits of, any programs or activities we provide based on race, religion, gender, age, marital status, ability, or national origin, regardless of the funding source including Federal Transit Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, Federal Highway Administration and State of Alaska Funds.
