Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, travel, permits, fees, and incidentals necessary to remove, legally dispose, and replace existing concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, trench and remove roots, and install root barrier and treat roots with pruning sealer.
