Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, vehicles, tools, materials, parts, permits, travel,
supplies complete plans, fees, and disposal, and incidentals needed to remove existing items and
install new waterline, water meter, back flow preventer, water regulator, water hose bib and future connection to building to Caltrans.

At time of quote submittal, and for the duration of the Agreement, bidder and any subcontractor(s)
shall be a certified SB, including a micro business (MB), SB for the purpose of public works
(SB-PW), or a disabled veteran business enterprise (DVBE).
