Contractor shall provide all permits, labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, permits,
incidentals, disposal, and travel necessary for the replacement and or repair of three (3) Caltrans
roofs and gutters.
Bidder must have at time of quote submittal and for the duration of the contract, either a valid,
current Class A General Engineer Contractor license or a Class B General Building Contractor
license or a C-39 Roofing Contractor license with a C2-Insulation and Acoustical License
issued by the CSLB, for the type of work to be performed.
At time of quote submittal, and for the duration of the Agreement, bidder and any subcontractor(s)
shall be a certified SB, including a micro business (MB), SB for the purpose of public works
(SB-PW), or a disabled veteran business enterprise (DVBE).
Bidder shall possess at the time of quote submittal, and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid
and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Caltrans will verify
bidder¿s DIR registration, it is not necessary to provide a copy.
