Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, permits, licenses, travel, disposal
fees, and incidentals necessary to provide Roof Removal and Replacement Services to Caltrans.
Bidder shall have at time of bid submittal, continually thereafter, and for the duration of the
Agreement, a current and valid C-39 Roofing Contractor license issued by the Contractors State
License Board (CSLB) for the type of work to be performed.
Bidder shall have at time of bid submittal, continually thereafter, and for the duration of the
Agreement, proof of being a certified installer authorized by the manufacturer of the roofing system.
Contractor shall maintain its status as a Department of General Services (DGS) certified
Small Business (SB)/Microbusiness (MB)/Small Business for the purpose of public works
(SB-PW), or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE), as applicable, throughout the
term of this Agreement.
