Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, vehicles, travel, and incidentals to test, troubleshoot, install, repair and/or replace, retest backflow preventer devices and pressure regulators on both potable and non-potable (irrigation water) systems, as well as to certify backflow devices, assemblies, including realigning piping and other related plumbing work, and perform backflow testing, repair, and/or replacement of backflow prevention devices, assemblies, cage assemblies, and cage pads at various locations in the County of San Bernardino.
