Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary to perform general building repair services including replacing structural sag rods and bracing; repairing or replacing damaged steel framing; abrasive blasting and painting steel components; replacing timber planks; repairing concrete parapet walls; removing and replacing concrete slab and reinforcement; repairing and replacing sheet metal siding and roofing; restoring roof vents and electrical ventilation systems; preparing and painting fascia, eaves, doors, door frames, railings, and related surfaces; replacing moisture-damaged roof joists; preparing and painting personnel doors at the wash rack building; and performing required lead-related work to Caltrans.
