IFB 25-26022: West Building Demolition, DCA
Description: The Contractor shall demolish the West Building located at 2509 Abingdon Drive at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). Work includes abatement and safety plans, utilities survey, demolition of entire building including foundations, utility cap/rerouting for continuation of services, etc, installation of new fill, asphalt/parking striping and surface lighting. The contractor shall salvage the slate roof tiles and other identified items.
