The Town of Wayland hereby invites sealed bids from qualified vendors to supply all labor and materials needed for the Wayland Middle School Ceiling Tile Abatement and Replacement Project at the Wayland Middle School, located at 201 Main Street, Wayland, MA. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the proper removal, cleaning and disposal of ACM contaminated ceiling tile, of approximately 35,425 square feet and the replacement of abated tiles with new 2'x 4' Humiguard Plus tiles.
