The Lowell Housing Authority is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to perform turnkey vacant unit rehabilitation services to prepare 13 units for tenant occupancy.

A Pre-Bid Site Visit shall take place on August 6, 2025 @ 10:00 AM.  Interested Contractors should meet at 145 Gorham Street, Lowell, MA 01852.

Filed Sub-Bids (Resilient Flooring, Painting, Plumbing) are due at the Lowell Housing Authority Dept. of Finance & Procurement, 350 Moody Street Lowell, MA 01854 by 2:00 PM on August 21, 2025
