The HOLYOKE HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Underslab Pipe Replacement - Rosary Towers at Rosary Towers in Holyoke, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by MACRITCHIE ENGINEERING, INC..
The Project consists of but not limited to:
Replacement of underslab sanitary and storm piping and restoration of areas affected.
The work is estimated to cost $1,560,000.00.
