Invitation for Bid: Twin Cities Rail Trail Phase III

Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 25 West St., Leominster, MA  01453, until: 11:00 A.M., January 21, 2025, and at that time and place will be opened and recorded.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept proposals in the best interest of the City.
