You are invited to submit a quotation to supply Huntsville Utilities with turbidimeters and controllers listed on the enclosed

Attachments A, C, D and E. E-mail Jim Lawson at jim.lawson@hsvutil.org to obtain the bid documents.

Your pricing proposal must be submitted on the enclosed Attachment A (Pricing Sheet). Your Bid Proposal should include

terms, availability, firm price and FOB delivery to the respective Huntsville Utilities service area. Huntsville Utilities reserves

the right to consider alternative pricing proposals. Huntsville Utilities’ Purchase Order Terms and Conditions (Attachment B)

are also included in the bid documents. Vendor specified terms or conditions which would preclude bid rejection will not be

renegotiated after the bid opening.

Proposals submitted in response to this Invitation for Bid must remain in effect for a minimum period of 60 days following

the bid opening date. Huntsville Utilities reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted and to evaluate and accept

any bid, which in Huntsville Utilities’ sole opinion, offers the most acceptable services to Huntsville Utilities.

Signed, dated and sealed proposals may be mailed or delivered to Huntsville Utilities Purchasing Office, ATTN: Jim Lawson,

112 Spragins St. NW, Huntsville, AL 35801. Bid information must be placed on the outside of the envelope in the lower left-

hand corner and include: Bid Number; Bid Opening/Due Date; IFB 26-034 (Turbidimeters & Controllers); Attn: Jim Lawson.

Bids without the proper bid opening information will not be opened nor considered for award. For window envelopes, this

information must be visible.
